Hello Everyone
I Hope you are enjoying this Showcase. There is tons of fun and creativity.
Here is my card made with Fred She Said images. I truly enjoyed making it. Sketch used is from One Crazy Stamper. I have flipped it.
I used Emma the Mermaid. I used the precolored background and the background paper underneath it. I took the uncolored version of the mermaid and the animals around it and colored them with my copics. The colors are a ton Skin-E00,02 and 11. Her fins are YR68, R22, V12,15,04. Y08,21. shells are E11,13 and YG03. Crab R22,29. Sea Horse is YR18 and 68. fish is Y02,11 and 21, another fish is R22, G00 and G02. Shell is attached to the sentiment and is colored with prisma pencils Light peach, lemon yellow, Peacock Blue. The sentiment is on a MFT flagstax. the sentiment is We R Memory Keepers from a local store for a $1. I added blink to her hair, stickles on her fin and glitter. I added some liquid pearls to the crab and the seahorse. I added some Precolored Pansies to the corners. I took an embossing stylus and made them curve in so they would pop, distressed their edges. added a reddish orange brad to their centers. Added some branches with a Martha Steward punch. I distressed the main panel edges and the behind background with scissors. I also added a doily which is the pattern background that comes with the pansies. the branches were also cut with that paper. Some lace and net finish the card.
here is a closeup of the mermaid. She is 3 D paper pieced which means that each piece was colored twice and then cut and embossed at the back with an embossing stylus, i used Martha Stewart’s embossing stylus and then adhered with liquid glue. When you are doing this technique it is always good to start from bottom up.
here is the inside of the card
Can you say I love this paper, here is another shell and seahorse that I colored from Emma the mermaid. I also added a pansy.
