I made this using MFT sketch 139. I had to change one element in the sketch as the top element was actually part of the square in between but the license plate did not have space and the flag element was too sweet to eleminate.

all dies, ink, stamp are from MFT. I made the background with distressed diamonds, I embossed it with silver powder and then colored with blu raspberry and sno cone ink. I used license plate stamp and die. Used hotfudge and factory green for the stamp, added a lace and scallops die. Some brads and a button finished the card. The flags are made from chalkboard frame.
