I will hopefully have a card for this month of October every day. My last one for HYCCT challenges.
I am playing along with Hope You can Cling to Challenges at Splitcoaststampers. It is a wonderful cause, and brings cheer and hope to many battling cancer. These cards will be sent to Houston,UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. You can play along too. This challenge was I can’t Believe it is over( exactly my sentiments)- We had to use black and white with pop of color, I choose Blue as my color(Team Skyler)
I used Fred she said stencil leaves image in the background. I used the teacup pansies- which are precolored. Since the leaves were bright green and I wanted it to be black, I added copics -C7,5,3 and 1. I added the middle flower in three layers to add dimension and the bud. I colored the flowers with salty ocean distress ink. At the bottom I have the double dot die and I added a gem in each center. I added two brads on the top and the sentiment on a fishtail flag stax from MFT. I also added glossy accents to the flowers and rim of the tea cup.
here is a simple inside
I am adding this to 613 avenue create– anything goes and crazy 4 challenges-black and white with pop of color.
Thank you for visiting and for your sweet comments. Please come back tomorrow for some exciting news.
Fabulous cards, Zehra!
Your cup of pansies look stunning against your black and white background. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us at 613 Avenue Create this week.
