I made this using MFT sketch 167.

I love the sketch. It is simple and was quick to make. I used MFT cardstock, love the grout gray color. I used versafine ink and pink lemonde. The background was made with MFT die- hexagon. The sentiment is from MFT stamps.The perennial flower was matched with rose leaves. The final touch was the pearls and the heart form Sunny doodle borders.
