I used MFT sketch 215. I loved the soft colors.
My vagabond just stopped working so I used dies that I had in my stack.I used the dots from MFT focus stamp, white embossed them and added three distress ink colors- festive berries, lemon squeeze and iced spruce. Add a ribbon, for the horizontal line.Embossed an old retired but still my fav- polka dot greeting on the oval (there are two white ovals behind the red to give an outline and raise it a bit) and added a flourish with a small rose, sequins and a bead in the rose completed the card. The rose was colored with festive berry and lemon DI.
The inside has a ballon for party balloons
I am adding this to Word art wednesday- anything goes.
Thank you for visiting and your sweet comments.
