I made this using lots of MFT stuff.

I dies cut the leaves in two different greens. I used modern blooms and colored the flowers with zig pens and then fussy cut them as i did not like the border around. I played them all out and popped the flowers. Added sequins and sentiment.

I made this using the Sweet Sunday sketch 296. I love how bright and vibrant it turned out. #sharehandmadekindness– I have 15 more to do.

My daughter had made some blue and pink texture paste for a thanksgiving placement card, and i decided to use the left over. I used a hero arts stencil for the background panel with he texture paste. The ranger one is cool as it dries very fast. I added a lace and then a MFT cross stitch circle with mini hybrid rose and wild greenery leaves. I added some dots with electric red ink. instead of a banner on the top i decided to use the butterfly for a sentiment placement and added red dots to it. Some stickles and tiny sequins ended the card.

I liked the lesson 1 on MFT and made the card using the rule of thirds. I made this for a dear friend. I used MFT color challenge colors- limelight, wild wisteria, lemon drop and razzle berry.

imageThis past weekend I was doing a craft show at an Indian exhibition and all those colors must be in my head as this looks very much like an Indian wedding card.

I started with embossing the damask background in gold embossing powder on a panel cut with BP 13. I sponged razzleberry, lemon drop and grapiscle inks. I cut a panel from BP 9 and added the sentiment with platinum embossing powder. I stamped another paper with damask stamp and grapesicle ink and then cut the flowers. The scalloped rose and mini roses. I then colored them with razzleberry and grape jelly inks. the leaf flourish was colored with lettuce alcohol ink. I used the rule of thirds on the horizontal panel and the rose. I think that balanced the focus of the card well. For the flowers I used viva hologram pen. The whole card was popped with foam sheet. I like how that raised the card evenly.

Here is the inside using Modern bloom set, love it.

I love love the MFT abstract art and it was perfect for the background. I used MFT inks. The circle is a card made with alcohol inks and glossy paper and cut with circle stax. I added the artist palette and brush in different colors. The lemon drop cardstock was also used for the sentiment on a slant cut with blueprint 2. I added some hearts from notched tag dies, colored them with R 29 and added glossy accents. I love the vibrancy of the card.

the inside is simple using more of the alcohol ink paper and abstract art.

P1040540

I sponged watercolor paper with distress inks and then stamped with Versafine Ink, I used a ribbon and twine for the thread of affection. The main panel was cut with MFT postage die. I added brad and a wooden button for the final touch.

I am also adding it in Really Reasonable Ribbon- Show me the green

The inside is simple

P1040541

This is for Lovey Dovey Spring- by Stamping Bella

I colored it with copics and paper pieced and colored the yellow flower and the leaves. I added white gel pen for effect. I love the sequins paper peeking through the lace. This card was heavily influenced by Jennifer McGuire. I love her videos and ideas. I added a doodled border and colored it with copics. I love the feathers and sentiment from MFT. P1040542It is very hard to capture the score lines on a picture, they are above and below the sentiment. This is by far my favorite embossing folder.
