I made this using MFT sketch 202. It would have been a quick card but my vagabond stopped working and then took a long time to rework. This is card #10 for caring hearts drive.

P1050482

I used MFT christmas ornaments in Foiled cardtock and the poinsetta with the leaves. I added Wink a stella to them. The background is done with diagonal bars stencil and Spearmint ink. added a sentiment with the chritmas stamp on a fisjtail die and that is it. Panel and large fishtail is from Blueprint 13 I Believe.

simple inside

P1050484

I am entering it in Simon Says stamp– we are seeing stars the fishtail has snowflakes like stars; Catered crop- anything goes and My perfect life– Festive.

I used MFT sketch 197, as I was uploading it I noticed that I missed the flag stax. When I made the card, my IPad was not charged and I did it out of memory. 😦

P1050408

I colored her with distress inks and water, there is not much shading as I do not do it this way often. I added stickles, wink of stella. It really shines. I used the plaid builder in Electric red and paver red on the second card. the background is a gorgeous mulberry paper I found at the scrapbook yard sale. I used Blueprint 15 for the dies and MFT PI. The final touch is with rouge liquid pearls.

Here is a close up of her

I am so excited, I was honored when Laura from LOVES rubber stamp emailed me if  I would like to be a guest on her blog. Her company Loves Rubber Stamp is wonderful and is like a one stop shop. Her design team members are warm and welcoming.

So I have two cards for this week’s theme which is easy Anything goes at Loves Rubber stamps Challenge blog.

Here is my first card. This was heavily influenced by Lisa Johnson. She had made a card with moroccon die and white glitter. I used Chicken wire die and pink glitter.

P10401351. Diecut white cardstock with MFT chicken wire die. Cut white cardstock with MFT Blueprint 2 rectangle die that fits well with this die, Cut another rectangle with same die using double adhesive sheet. Adhere them all together. Add glitter and burnish it in with your fingers.

2. Cut well worn greeting die with white cardstock. Stamp the MFT LJD birthday greeting stamp for the sentiment, color the bottom with copic RV13.

3. Cut three butterflies from the MFT-LJD Blissful butterflies die. Stamp the butterfly with MFT LJD blissful butterflies stamp in three different MFT inks- Blu raspberry, Razzle Berry and Lemon drop ink. Add them with pop dots. Add a gem to each butterfly.

For the inside

P10401201. Add MFT abstract art stamp in the three corresponding colors and stamp sentiment form MFT-LJD blissful butterflies in MFT steel ink. Add a gem.

I am adding this to Simon Says Stamp– anything goes; Crafters Cafe challenge– Birthday celebrations.

My second card was made using Deconstructed sketch 125.

deer1. this is a 5.5 card. Cut all layers exactly according to the  sketch, I added layers in opposite colors choosing red and green as my two colors. So I started with green layer and then red pattern paper and so forth .

2. For the center layer I rounded the corner with a corner rounder. I added a MFT fishtail flag stax. Stamped it with LJD Darling dots in Fuse green ink. I cut the oval from MFT blueprint 2(I use it a lot).

3. I die cut the deer form MFT MPD starry Christmas and stamped it with corresponding stamp using versamark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder. I added fired brick distress ink to it in two layers to make it stamd out, wiped the stars with baby wipe so the stars could be bright. I added the sentiment Joy from the same set.

4. Added gems around the oval and to the deer. Added a striped ribbon and a gem.

For the inside

P10401401. added matching left over pattern paper.

2. stamped the dots and another greeting.

I am adding this to Simon Says Stamp– anything goes; Wow embossing powder– Christmas and Winter.

Thank you for visiting and for your sweet comments.

One winner will receive ALL of  this:
PRIZE: Bearly Mine Designs – £15 gift voucher
$25 GC to CropStop  (provided by Fred She Said)
$25 GC to Fred She Said  Store
I have a project and a card to share today.
I made a Luminaria, it is fun and easy to do. Here is the link for all details. The tutorial is from Splitcoaststampers.
Here it is from all four sides. This is so cool with the flameless tealight(I had received one a couple of years ago and luckily my daughter had it saved. Whew!)
I have used a lot of fun new winter images from Fred She Said. for the first panel, I popped the naughty or nice PRECOLORED elf(4inches). I fussy cut it and added mowed lawn distress ink to its edges. I added flower soft to all it’s trims and to the ground. I have had flower soft for quite some time and have never used it, Love the texture it provides. The next two opposite sides have the crystal snowflakes, down to 1 inches each. I colored them with salty ocean distress ink, it is a beautiful color and I added stickles to it. I do not have the cutting machine so I hand cut each one, it was pretty easy to do. On the side opposite of the elf I added the PRECOLORED Snow Lady- Light Up your Holidays(4inches). I fussy cut her, added salty ocean distress ink and added some flower soft to her scarf and holly leaves on her hat. Her hand reaches out to the side of the luminaria.
Here is th inside and a picture in a dark room.
Now onto my card
I used the Sweet Sunday Sketch 171 for this card. I did take some liberties with the sketch. I mirror imaged it. Instead of the full circle I added it as a corner to resemble a hill and added a sentiment where the flag would be.
Fred She Said has so many fun images. Since the theme was Christmas, I decided to color Emma the Skating elf with traditional colors and so there is not much shading here. I used R29 for the red and added glossy accents wherever the color red is. I used Y08, and G00,YG06 and 03 for the dress. skin-E35,11 and E02 Hair is E15,11and YR23. Do you see the gorgeous Crystal snowflake peeping from under her, this is 4 inches and is so awesome. It is colored with Salty ocean distress ink and then has pearlized water, once dry has stickles. In the corner is the absolute beautiful PRECOLORED Poinsettia, I just printed the jpg sheet, did not resize it as the size is just perfect. I fussy cut it added stickles. Once dry, popped all layers on dimensionals and added a sweet white button in it’s center. Other details added are a embossed Folder -cuttlebug and christmas paper pack used here. Christmas blessing sentiment, also from Fred She Said. I also added a zva swirl, this card looks so shiny in real life.
Here is the inside, could not resist adding a poinsettia again.
