I used MFT sketch 234

I used stencil with ranger texture paste in the background, added watercolor balloons from some bunny stamps and die. Added stickles to it with shimmer pen. Wish was die cut with foam and card stock and added black enamel paint, some sequins and BIG embossed in white completes the card.

inside was simple with one ballon and a sequin.
