Whoo, hoo I did all 52 sketches of MFT this year again. This one on time. I made this yesterday as I was going to a bday party and the sweet boy was turning 5. This was an excellent sketch to end the year with.

here it is

P1040294

As always I used a few dienamics and stamps from MFT.

I used the circle stax for both my circles, blueprint 5 for the rectangle, the arrow die and the sweet little hat cut twice in red and white.

I stamped the saying from LJD birthday greeting in MFT nightshift blue– my fav color; added the number 5 from alphabets and white embossed it, it did not come as well so I added white pitt artist pen to it. I stamped the hat with dots from notched tag in MFT brick red.

here is a simple inside

P1040295hat is stamped with sweeth tooth ink.

I am entering it in

MFT- sketch 156; Loves rubber stamps– anything goes; and The male room– celebration.

I used the new Fred She said Poinsettia and Holly card front 2. I used the uncolored version and colored it with copics.

P1040243I colored it with R59, 29, 22 and 20. the leaves with YG03 and 06. I added the poinsettia with foal dots and colored the layer below it with R20. I added stickles to the berries and glossy accents to the flower, before adding the glossy accents I colored with Faber Castell white PITT artist pen. I added fired brick to the border. Adding sequins finishes the card. The entire layer is popped up on the card base.

The inside

I am adding this to

Creative Inspirations– Merry Christmas

That craft place– Christmas

A creative romance– sparkle christmas

Pile it on– P is for (Paper, Poinsettia)
