Here is my card for week 2. The challenge at Loves Rubber stamp is Black and White with colored image(optional). I used MFT sketch 149

I used MFT homespun birdhouse stamp and dienamics, MFT branch with leaves dienamics, MFT snowdrfit dienamics, MFT snowflakes trio dienamics, MFT icicle border dienamics, MFT photo corner dienamics, Sweet n’sassy chickadee image. The background is done with MFT- LJD-textile background stamped off once using MFT steel grey ink, sentiment was also stamped with it. Other products are – ribbon, pattern paper, stickles( they look blue but in IRL they are shiny white), glitter, liquid applique, white enamel, white gel pen, glossy accents, brad, Double sided adhesive paper for the snowflake, copics on the bird.

here is the inside, I also used the MFT fishtail flag stax.

I am also entering it in Ribbon Carousel- Holidays and Celebrations; Pile it on– show us your tools(vagabond for die cutting); Sweet n’sassy november challenge- snowflake or snow– I have both on my card and Simon says stamp- use ink.

I will hopefully have a card for this month of October every day.( more than one today as I made 8 of them but have not uploaded them.

I am playing along with Hope You can Cling to Challenges at Splitcoaststampers. It is a wonderful cause, and brings cheer and hope to many battling cancer. These cards will be sent to Houston,UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. You can play along too. This challenge was A Listening Ear- Ears should be visible. I followed the splitcoaststamper sketch.SC459

Amber ink has this cute stamp that I had got way back and the ears attracted me to use it. Isn’t it cute?

I colored it with copics. Love their PINK ears. I added glossy accents to the ring, after all it should shine and gloss. I added some grass and a sentiment form Our Craft Meow. I double stamped the sentiment. added a small twine bow in the corner. I love the sketch. Iadded a lace for the panel across. I did not have a heart gem so I added two tear drops as my daughter stated they are perfect to make a heart. I roughened the edges of the main image with my nails. the tail got liquid applique and immediately heated it to puff it up.

I made this sweet snow scene using Fred She Said images. I made it with the Deconstructed sketch. I love their sketches.

I colored Winter Emma Chickadee with copics and added dots on her wtih the colorless blender. When I saw the new Blue jay, I knew I would love to combine it with the old blue jays. I think they go lovely together. I also added the old truck to make this little scene. I used liquid Applique to make the snow. I set it for a whole night before zapping it with heat to give a smooth coverage.

I also used MFT dienamics- the fishtail flag stax and the retro border(Love it) The sentiment is from MFT too.
