I made this using MFT sketch 233, I used colors of MFT Color challenge 23. I also used one of the lessons from MFT summer school-to use white space, this one is hard, I want to cover the white space with sequins. But I did incorporate other lessons of movement and rule of thirds- I love that one.I used finishing flourishes for the border and the sentiment. I used grape jelly and lemon drop inks. The sentiment is steel gray ink, love the color instead of black. I die cut the butterfly with double sided adhesive and added doodlebug glitter in pink and green. I added some tiny want 2 scrap gems.

The inside is simple

I am adding this to love to scrap– anything goes and Simon says stamp– use favorite technique or product. I used MFT inks and dies (no surprise). I love them.

I made this using MFT sketch 172.

I heat embossed the sentiment on oval stax. Then left the die in place and used worn lipstick Distress ink, added finishing flurishes with the same. Add it with pop dots. Did the trio of flowers using mini roses and rolled flower. Added rose leaves. lots of stickles. Plain cardstock, sentiment is MFT. Added butterfly from Blissful butterflies in scattered straw DI. To finisih off i added some gems and sequins.

I will hopefully have a card for this month of October every day.( more than one today as I made 8 of them but have not uploaded them.)

I am playing along with Hope You can Cling to Challenges at Splitcoaststampers. It is a wonderful cause, and brings cheer and hope to many battling cancer. These cards will be sent to Houston,UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. You can play along too. This challenge was Honor Your Elders– I made this in honor of my dad. I am very inspired by him and this is saying I believe he lives by. I used MFT sketch 147.

I had so much fun making this card. I used MFT LJD darling dots for the background and the text is from the poppy stamps. I used Grape Jelly and Grapesicle ink. I cut the dizzy doily with dark purple and then added a white circle using circle stax with MFT sentiment with black licorice ink.. I added some Finishing flourishes and then I added a fishtail flag stax with the fun arrow. love how it turned out. I added pink sequins(the picture does not show the light pink tinge well).

I will hopefully have a card for this month of October every day.

This challenge was Many colors of cancer, to make a card for someone you were affected by with cancer and to choose it’s correspondent color.

I choose teal and light blue as I have lost my near and dear ones to both ovarian and prostate cancer. I used the deconstructed sketch 120.

I used MFT PI and paper piced her with teal and light blue papers. I colored her with copics and pink sakura glitter pen, used white gel pen too. I added some fishtail banners and a swirl. I added some swirls to her background. She is housed on a vertical greeting die that I cut in white and blue. The sentiment has some sno cone dots on it.

I used MFT sketch 132. I used sponging and stamping on my main image, love it

I used MFT peek-a boo dots, medium scallops and LJD peaceful wildflowers stamp set with finishing flourishes. MFT inks- sour apple and pink lemonade for sponging and flourishes, razzleberry, jellybean green and factory green for stamping. I added hemp cord, a button wooth hemp cord and gems to complete the card.

I am catching up, I enjoyed making this sketch. I used MFT stamps and dies, Bazill cardstock. The white paper is Crafter’s companion, it really takes copics well.

Isn’t she the cutest and her face has space to color, love that. She is MFT-latest WBD- you’re so special to me. I colored her with copics- E000, E01,11,21. E13,15,18. BV20,23,25, R22,29, B000, B12, E40, V00, V12. I added E40 to the entire shoes after coloring it to give it a worn look. I cut her with Fishtail Flag stax die I added some flourishes to her sides, love finishing flourishes in MFT ink. I added the flowers with Distress ink- peacock feathers from the WBD set. I added some pearls. The ribbon I added was from a packaging my daughter received that I saved, it was so pretty, I added a button with twine. The hi dienamic was cut with white cardstock and then colored with copics to match the dress and added white gel pen to the hi and dress. I added glossy accents to the Hi to make it stand out. Added some sakura glitter pen to the purse.

I am catching up with the MFT sketch 126

These are not colors I usually use but love how it came out. I used MFT stamp and die= cameo, i used MFT kraft ink and distress ink Antique linen. I also added the postage die that i embossed with swirls, i added the retro die underneath and added ink to the squares to make them pop. added a sentiment to the fishtail.

I used MFT sketch 125, just playing catch up.

I used MFT die– hello and the feathers, i did the feather with coor blocking technique, loved the gradient look on it. I added a button and twine on it. The panel underneath was colored with distress inks amd spellbinder impressionabilities. I felt the card needed something more and so added the lace underneath the hello. Also added bow with hemp cord and a gem. All edges were distressed, added pierced holes top and bottom by adding the holes from the back given the front a raised look.

I made this using MFT sketch 129. Loved how it turned out

I used MFT stamps– Mod patterns on the graphic tee die, love the look. I also used darling dots on the back panel. I pierced a row of holes on the top, added twine and pearls. A dizzy doily is behing the tee and a flag stax cut with a sequins paper love that. For a final touch I added a 3 D sticker I had in the corner. All inks used are MFT for the feel better I used two pinks to give it a shadow effect.

here is the inside, I turned the green paper around and added a sentiment from another MFT stamp.

I made this card using Blueprints from MFT, I love the results. I made this for a dear friend.

This sentiment is so bold and beautiful. I embossed it with Versamark and white embossing powder, then I added some white pigment to look like a chalkboard. yes! these are the chalkboard greetings from MFT. I then added some finisihing flourishes in the same way with different embossing powders. The green is a corrugated glitter cardboard. I dry embossed the flower with a stylus to curl it up and added stickles. I added some bling,my favorite thing to do. The pattern paper is Gina K designs. I added a big button with hemp cord.
