Hello Everyone,

I am going to share cards I have made that I shared on instagram (handle- zehrarosebest) but not on my post, I hope to catch up with all my cards in the next two weeks. I made this for someone who is not feeling well.

I truly enjoyed the process of making this card. I was heavily inspired by Ruby- her blog is called A rare ruby.I used mft butterflies, I cut many of them, using all five solid dies. I colored each one of them using gansai tambi paints. This was the first time I used these paints. I added splatter in black, maroon and white paint that was watered down. For the background I added a stencil and some soft distress inks. I dies cut the antennas and added them to the butterfly. This is a 5×5 card. I white embossed thinking of you and added that in a curve. I attached all the butterflies with liquid glue and then added white liquid pearls.

Here is the card from a different angle.
This is the inside.

I made this using the Sweet Sunday Sketch, I found it CAS and so took some time to figure out how I was going to use the images- yes they are from Fred She Said, she is back with some sweet images. I love the Swallowtail Butterfly and this time I colored it with Copics.

I started with MFT die BP 13 and added the MFT paisley stencil with texture paint. Once dry added panels form other BP. Stamped the sentiment in versa fine ink. The circle has a sweet old image- gerberra daisy in a jar, love it and colored it with zig pens, added glossy accents to make it stand out and some glitter. Sequins and some border shading. Please do note Fred She Said also has pre colored images if you do not like to color, I do so I go for the digi non colored.

Inside also has the swallowtail butterfly, a little bigger. The coloring shows a little better here

imageI am adding it to Love to scrap– anything goes- my third card there. Incy Wincy Design– things with wings; Crafty card makers– water- jar has water in it; Simon Says Stamp– inspired by I- the stenciling looks like icing.and Sweet stamping– no designer paper.

I made this using MFT sketch 201. I have a little drawer where I will keep some stuff i made but did not fit the card i was making but is good to keep. The background, the sunflower and the black leafy flourish came from there. this is card #8 for Caring hearts drive.

P1050471

I used lots of MFT dies and stamps. The postage stamp stax was cut, sponged with diagnoal bars in aged mahagony, the center of the sunflower was cut with double adhesive sheet and i added gold and copper glitter to match the background. Love how it all came together. The sentiment is from MFT-MPD starry night stamp.

Inside is a stamp from Sweet n’Sassy.

I am entering it also in word art wednesday- anything goesand Loves rubber stamp– anything goes and DT call. Simon says stamp– thinking of you

I made this using MFT sketch 187. The person I made it for loves purple and so  I used dark and light purple.

P1050245The colors are showing up darker than on the card. I first took the banana split and added the  square stencil. Then I added the sunflower with grape jelly, hot fudge and kraft ink. the cut strip was used in the inside. I love those vines they are from the pretty pocket stamp( I love that stamp and have found the different stamps in it to be wonderful for backgrounds.) I added a scallop rose, a banner from Blueprint that I cut short and  leaf flourish. I added stickles and sequins. All inks, stamp, stencil, dies and cardstock are from MFT.
