Hello everyone

Have you checked our fabulous foot scrubs? They are filled with kokum butter, luffa, pumice, rice bran oil and natural ingredients leading to beautiful soft feet. you can check all products here.

DSCF6003I used MFT sketch 221. I love the background.

P1050601I used whimsical wishes, this is the first time I cut a stamp but it worked out well. I stamped the circles in electric red and nightshift blue- love the color and then white embossed the circles. on the top added desert bouquet in orange fizz. used polaroid die and added a sentiment in it. Used wild greenery and small rolled rose to enhance the sentiment. Love the heart embossed and colored with prism crimson red color pencil. Pearls were added for the final touch and the main panel was corner chomped. I had no space for the flagstax so omitted that.

here is the inside

I am entering it in 613 Avenue create and Simon Says stamp for Anything goes. Loves rubber stamps– use your favorite embellishments- and for me it is always my dies.

Thank you for visiting and for your sweet comments.

The first one is a tri-shutter card. Here is the tutorial.

P1030626It opens to this

P1030627I have used several Fred she Said flowers on it. The background paper is Summer Roses, the pink paper is from my scrap. I have used the pre colored rose spray surrounding the sentiment from the and the individaul roses colored in copics from the rose spray and candle and my favorite ornate butterflies. Everything is distressed with distress inks and the sentiments are from MFT- cheerful blessings and Chalkboard greeetings inked with MFT ink. I have lately been on a sequins kick, love the look so I added a few. I can’t believe that I have had them forever and have not been using them. The roses have stickles on it, the butterflies have pearls and I added some ribbon and a button. The main sentiment also has liquid pearls in lavender lace. Oval was cut with Spellbinders Dies.

Close up of the rose colored with copics and leaves colored with mowed lawn distress ink.

P1030624and her it is all laid out flat

P1030628The next card is a bendi fold card. Here is the tutorial.

P1030630

This looks awesome in real life. I have used Fred She said flowers again, I used the pre colored New Happy flowers, sized them to 1/2 inch and used a emboss stylus to round them added distress inks on the sides to bring them out. Isn’t the Background fabulous, it is a FRED SHE SAID background, one Tracey threw in for free when you get the Wedding Emma, love it. Just size it what you want, here I have one that is 1.5 x 4.2; 5.5 x 4.5 and 3.5 x 4.2 and then cut as needed.  I added some grass with prisma pencils, added some lavender stalks with pencils, added some sequins to the middle and again sequins, told you it is just fun. I added ribbons near the slits to make it neat and added again the ornate butterflies, all colored with copics and distress inks.

here it is open one layer, I know the back needs to be neater, I am going to add a backing to it all.

P1030634and here it is open all the way. Isn’t Emma and the butterfly so sweet, she is colored with copics, sentiment is MFT again inked with MFT inks. Sequins, happy flowers, ribbon and ornate Butterflies.

I used the deconstructed sketch 89 and Fred She Said butterfly(morpho uncolored) image.

P1030316I colored the morpho using tons of copics, it was fun. I printed it on Copic Xpress it paper and colored it with B99,95,97,93. BG45, YR12, V00, V04 and a white gel pen. I added tons of lines with the gel pen and then colored over it before adding the white dots and the dots around the edge. I added a frame around the butterfly with a copic multiliner and then doodled around it and colored the flowers with prisma pencils. I added a ribbon and some pearls. The scallops were made using MFT small scallop border and the sentiment is from MFT.

Fred She Said Ground Hog Day Blog Hop

Fred She Said is having a Ground Hog Day Blog Hop.  Tracey, from Fred She Said hails from Wiarton, Ontario, Canada, home of Wiarton Willie, the albino ground hog.  Every February 2nd, Willie emerges from his den to predict whether or not we will have an early Spring.  If he sees his shadow, he will become frightened and scurry back into his den, hailing 6 more weeks of winter.  If he does not see his shadow, he will declare an EARLY SPRING woohoo!  Tracey has asked the Fred She Said DT to make a card – either a “wintery” card ( if they think Willie will predict  a LATE SPRING ) or a “Flowery or Spring” card ( if they think he will predict an EARLY SPRING ).

Your job, dear blog hopper, is to hop along and TALLY up how many DT thought it will be an EARLY SPRING and how many predict a LATE SPRING.   Instructions on how to enter will be posted on the last stop at the FSS CHALLENGE BLOG.

ONE LUCKY WINNER WILL RECEIVE:
$30 GC for the Fred She Said Store
$25 GC for Crop Stop ( provided by Tracey )

HERE IS MY PREDICTION:

EARLY SPRING

Based on my preddiction here is what I came up with. when I heard at Linda’s that embroidery hoops were in trend, I loved it, I love embroidery so I used two hoops to make these projects.

here is the first one

P1030274I first cut the yellow circle and then the pattern paper that was edged with squeezed lemonade distress ink. I printed the Viney flourish 1 and cut it into a circle. I added stitches with green prisma pencil. Dahlia is considered a spring flower, so I colored the dahlia with copics Y02,08 and YR23. I fussy cut it and added distress ink both squuezed lemonade and mustard seed. I added some leaves from the same set colored with YG03 and 06. I added some MFT finishing flourishes to the border with both inks it is hard to see, but both colors are there. For the top I cut a Howdy die and stamped dots and the sentiment. Took some twine and a matching button(I love that) and added it on the top. For the final touch I added a rhinestone and added glossy accents to all the leaves, it looks beautiful and shiny.

Here is the second one, I had to make one with Emma.

joy

I added a rose circle with a beautiful rose pattern paper, sorry it is all hidden under the lace. I printed Emma and the butterfly 3.5 inches(isn’t she wonderfully welcoming spring) and colored her with copics skin-E01,11,RV13. Hair-Y02,08,YR23, E11 dress-R20,22,29. The butterfly was colored with red and yellows. I added grass with prisma pencils. and added the sky with tumbled glass. I used scor tape to add the lace behind giving it little tucks along the way so it would come along nicely around. I used MFT fishtail stax and added Micheals sentiment. I added it to the the hoop with hemp cord and another button that had some mixed reds. For finishing touches I added sakura glitter pen to the shoes and the butterfly and glossy accents to the butterfly.

Here it is on the wall, sorry for the picture being a little blurry, but you get the idea.
