I used MFT sketch 133 and made a mixed media card. This was a lot different than what I am used to.

I made the panel with Faber Castell pastel pencils, they are intense pigments, i jsut scribbled the colors in layers and then used a water brush to blend them in. Then i added MFT- MPD distressed background dots and chicken wire. I took gesso with MPD rose builders tencil and made the rose, wiping the excess whihc left jsut the border. I cut some hexagon woth the MFT hexagon border. and colored the pieces with color pencils and water. The Fred She Said —Sentimental flower Doodledallion and ornate butterfly was colored with alcohol inks. I added stickles overnight And then the flower was generously sprayed with plum Mister Huey’s spray. I added some sequins to finish the card.

The Mojo Monday sketch is celebrating 300 sketches with a wonderful sketch, here are all the details.

I used Bazzill cardstock. All dies, stencil and inks used are from MFT. I cut the chicken wire and layered it with a lighter cardstock. I added a flagstax and distressed the layer a bit and darkened it with Razzle berry ink. I added a mini doily and the flower is from Flower trio. The rose on the square is MDP rose builder stencil, done with pink lemondae, razzle berry, gumdrop green and factory green, I love it. I will slowly be getting all the stencils and the sentiment is from LJD cheerful blessings. I added some sequins and rose leaves. On the square I pierced some holes. love the look of it.
