Hello everyone

Here are five more cards- all were made for various reasons.

If you have not been to fredshesaid designs- do visit them, Tracie has some beautiful images- both colored and black and white, she also has cut files.

I prefer using black and white and coloring on my own so that is what I did with this card.

I watercolored the flowers and butterfly. i handcuff all the images. The background paper is also from Fredshesaid.

This next image was bought from a fair. love the artist work.

It was one I could not resist buying.

Here is a card using lots of medium.
This was done with a new die from whimsy stamps- it was with Bev Rochester– her blog is worth watching and she has tons of inspiration with this die.

This card was also inspired by the gift that went with the card

Here is another birthday card

I used fredshesaid images on this one too.

Here are two cards my daughter made with mini lawn fawn images.

I love her style, these were end of the year teacher cards that she added to their gifts.

My daughter, niece and me went to a rock design class, this is the same person I bought the tile from. loved the class and the results.

Here is the last cards I made using Tim Holtz mini flowers and distress oxide inks.

Hope you enjoyed seeing the cards.

Thank you for visiting and for your sweet comments.

bling, cardstock, distress ink, distressing tool, glossy accents, handmade card, inka gold, pearls, ranger, Tim Holtz

This was done in my class with Jen Starr using inka golds. The difference I did with this card is that the card was the kraft cardstock and I cut it into a panel to put on my card.

P1050639I distressed the edges, popped the feather and tag and added pearls. The inside was meant for another card but I liked it with this one.

P1050641I am adding it to Loves Rubber stamps– anything goes; Inky Impressions– embellishments and Simon Says Stamp– Lets get sentimental.

I used MFT sketch 191.

P1050305

I used MFT Geek is chic stamp and die, it is adorable. MY daughter loved it and she has created a card with it too which I will add here.

I glittered the glasses with microfine glitter on double adhesive sheet.  The sentiment is fun (MFT hot fudge), for the background I used TimHoltz burlap stencil and MFT inks- lemon drop and grout gray. I added gems, googly eyes and the panels are cut with Blueprint 15- my most used Blueprint( I have 7 of them).

The inside was the left over circle and glasses stamped over it.

P1050306

I am entering it in Simon Says Stamp– Anything goes; Loves Rubber stamps– Anything goes and Word ART Wednesday– anything goes.

And here is my daughter’s beautiful card

P1050311

She stenciled the background using an alphabet stencil and distress inks and added all sizes of the glasses in different glitter papers and added the eyes(she loves that). She added little gems at the corners of the glasses.

She wrote a very sweet note to her teacher inside, today is the first day of school and she is very excited.

My daughter loves watching Jennifer McGuire and Kristina Werner’s card making videos. After one video a couple of days ago, she asked me why I do not make cards in ten minutes? I thought let me try. So I made these two cards, It took me 17 mins.

bling, cardstock, celebration, copics, distress ink, embossing paste, embossing powder, flower, gems, glossy accents, handmade card, handmade flowers, Hero Arts, MFT dienamics, stencil, Technique Tuesday, Tim Holtz

I will hopefully have a card for this month of October every day.( more than one today as I made 8 of them but have not uploaded them.

I am playing along with Hope You can Cling to Challenges at Splitcoaststampers. It is a wonderful cause, and brings cheer and hope to many battling cancer. These cards will be sent to Houston,UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. You can play along too. This challenge was Mix it Up- Mixed Media.

P1040100

Since this was mixed media I decided to use some embossing paste with my stencil, once it was dry, I added distress ink. I embossed hero Arts flowers with embossing powder on vellum and the leaves are from Technique Tuesday, I added some gems. The leaves one of them says Love. I added a fishtail flag stax with a Tim holtz stamp and some spun sugar for the touch of pink. I colored one of the flowers with R29 copic and Y21.

I am adding this to Simon Says stamp- anything goes.

Thank you for visiting and for your sweet comments.
